All legal advice or services are provided by the independent law firms you connect with. Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship with Quick Docs.

    3. Communications

By providing contact information, you consent to receiving communications from Quick Docs regarding your use of the Service. This may include emails, phone calls, or text messages. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

NEITHER QUICK DOCS NOR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SERVICES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF NON-INTERFERENCE WITH OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR DATA LOSS. IN SUCH STATES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SECTIONS 16 AND 18) MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF THE EXCLUSIONS FOR IMPLIED WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO YOU, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES, WHICHEVER IS SOONER.

      13. Dispute Resolution

      Dispute Resolution

Texas state law governs this Agreement without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.

You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, you are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

Binding Arbitration. ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE, SERVICES, OR THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY) WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision; the arbitrator shall apply Texas law to all other matters. Any party may seek injunctions or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Individual Capacity Only. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY. YOU AND QUICK DOCS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Informal Resolution Requirement. Before arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter with Quick Docs for 30 days. Send your full name, contact information, concern, and proposed solution emailed to help@quicklawdocs.net.

Arbitration Procedure. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. It may be held by telephone, written submissions, or in person in Houston, Texas. Decisions are final and binding.

Time Limit. Arbitration must be initiated within one year of the claim; otherwise, the claim is waived. Any cause of action must commence within one year of accrual; otherwise, it is barred.

Survival. This section survives termination of these Terms.

      14. Accuracy of Information

By using Quick Docs, you agree that all information you provide, including personal details, contact information, and any other data submitted through the website, is true, accurate, complete, and current. You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your inability to access certain services, or Quick Docs terminating your use of the website.

You agree to update any information promptly to ensure it remains accurate and complete. Quick Docs may rely on the information you provide to connect you with law firms, and you acknowledge that providing inaccurate or incomplete information could negatively affect your experience.

      15. Export Restrictions

You acknowledge that the Quick Docs website, products, and services, including any mobile applications, may be subject to restrictions under U.S. export control laws, trade embargoes, sanctions, and security regulations. You agree not to export, re-export, import, or otherwise make available any Quick Docs products, services, or technical data in violation of these laws, directly or indirectly.

You further agree to comply with any applicable local laws and regulations to the extent they are consistent with U.S. law. Quick Docs reserves the right to block access from jurisdictions where such use would violate these laws.

      16. WAIVER

Any failure by Quick Docs to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement, or any related right, will not constitute a waiver of that provision or right.

      17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Quick Docs and supersedes all prior understandings, communications, and agreements, whether oral or written, regarding its subject matter.

If any court of competent jurisdiction determines that any part of this Agreement is invalid, that section will be removed and replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that closely matches the original provision’s intent, without affecting the remainder of the Agreement. The remaining terms will remain valid and enforceable.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Quick Docs. Quick Docs may assign or transfer this Agreement without your consent to (a) an affiliate, (b) a company through a sale of assets by Quick Docs, or (c) a successor by merger. Any assignment or transfer in violation of this Section is void.
